What can I do with the Agicap’s Spend Management solution?
With the Spend Management solution you are able to efficiently create, share and manage debit cards directly from Agicap. Further, it also enables you to collect, track and export all the receipts for payments being done with the debit cards. The cards are set up within 24 h with our partner SWAN and can be used immediately.
What are the current functionalities of the card management?
Within the context of card management you are able to do the following things
Invite users and manage their access rights
Create debit cards and share them with your team members
Manage card budgets & payments restrictions on the fly
Oversee the usage of budgets per card
What are the current functionalities of the receipt management?
Within the context of receipt management you are able to do the following things
Automate the reminder to you employees to upload the receipt once a payment is made
Oversee all the transactions made by your employees' cards within Agicap
Discover directly which receipts are missing and which employee is responsible for it
Export all receipts in order to have over to your tax accountant
What is the current scope of the cards?
You can visit SWAN's FAQ website in order to learn more in which countries the cards can be generated & used. Generally speaking, the cards can be used as a regular Mastercard everywhere where cards are accepted. Within the SEPA area these payments are without fee while for payments outside of this area there is a 2% fee applied to the amount paid.
