🤝 Highlight, 2 major releases last quarter:

  • New short-term cash management module: Ensure day-to-day operations to secure cash (reschedule supplier payments, prepare a balance transfer...)

  • Our Corporate Cards and Spend Management solution is now fully available from the mobile app' (scan, submit, and validate receipt)

Find more detail and the list of all Agicap updates below.

Cashflow forecast

Short-term cash management module:

The Short-term forecasting module allows you to have a close look at your bank account balances day by day and take action to:

  • secure minimum cash availability (by seeing at a glance if one bank account exceeds the authorized overdraft)

  • avoid bank fees

  • maximize short-term investments

For example:

  • Adjust the expected transaction’s date to postpone a supplier payment

  • Adjust the expected transaction's account if the one you were supposed to use won't have enough cash

  • Create account-to-account transfers (and execute them if you have Agicap Payment)

NB: for now, the module is not compatible with API connections.

Debt Management

Debt management in currencies:

You can now manage all currencies in your debt management module.

Debt Management in weekly frequency:

You can now automatically generate amortization schedules and view the debt plan with a weekly frequency (especially interesting for US entities).

Security

Single Sign On (SSO):

We now support SSO. It is a mechanism that allows you to authenticate once and gain access to multiple applications or services without the need to provide credentials for each system. The 2 major advantages:

  • Security: when former Agicap users leave your company, they can be deactivated for all your tool stack, including Agicap. It reduces the risk of password-related vulnerabilities and simplifies user management.

  • Practical: it is easier and faster to connect to your different tools as you have only one set of credentials for all of them.

Supplier Invoice Management

Notes in pre-accounting:

Notes are now available on the pre-accounting tab. They can also be added on accounting entries directly from there and of course they will be displayed in all accounting exports (csv, DATEV XML, DATEV integration, OpenAPI).

Example: If you want to add extra information throughout the invoice management process, from the verification to the bookkeeping, you can leverage those notes.

Datev API error report for Germany:

You are now able to access an error report right after attempting an export to DATEV. This error report displays all types of errors that can be spotted before moving the entries status to "exported". Want to know more?

Steuerschlüssel now available for Germany:

You are now able to add Steuerschlüssel to your VAT accounts. It is also possible to edit existing VAT accounts in order to add the Steuerschlüssel (which will be displayed in all of the exports : csv, open API and of course DATEV XML and DATEV API) - This new feature is available for both invoices and spend receipts in the purchase journal. Do you want to activate it?

Example : With this evolution, the data won't need to be processed again by your tax accountant on the accounting software, by adding manually the Steuerschlüssel, which is time-consuming

Payment

Declare external bank accounts for French EBICS contracts

It allows us to make a clear and definitive distinction between:

  • Accounts that are held by the bank (ex: BNP in France)

  • Accounts that are held by a subsidiary (ex: BNL in Italy or Fortis in Belgium)

  • Accounts that are held by an external bank (ex: Bank of America)

Spend Management (Not in United-Kingdom)

Spend Management now available on the Agicap application:

All card holders can now view all expenses in the "to justify" status, scan any receipt and upload it and add a memo to an expense. Additional updates will be released in the coming months.

Example : after a team lunch, a Manager can take a photo of the note and upload it in a few clicks

Swan account top up via SEPA Direct Debit (SDD) :

It is now possible for Spend users to trigger a SDD to top-up the Swan account directly from Agicap.

Example : You can fund your Swan account without going to your bank interface.

Pre-accounting

Automate analytical code association:

Save time when preparing your accounting entries by automating analytic code association at beneficiary level.

Late Payment Collection

Add client notes directly on call actions:

You can now take your notes directly on your call task. Access tasks page.

Example: You call your client who tells you payment was delayed due to an internal processing issue and that it will be paid in 5 days. Leave a note on the call task to keep track of it.

Client credit limit for Risk Management:

Set credit limit client per client to keep track of the overrun. Set credit limits.

Example: Let's say you set a €10k credit limit for a given Client. If you see the client goes above this limit, then you can decide either to stop invoicing the client, to stop delivering good until they clear the situation...etc

Invoices Management

Split invoices into multiple installments:

Split your invoices by defining a due date and an amount for each installment. Your cash flow plan is updated based on those various installments. Send follow-ups according to instalments to correctly remind you clients. Then you can mark as paid and reconcile each installments individually.

CashCollect Analytics

Analytics accessible from the mobile app:

Access all you cash collection metrics directly from the mobile app (DSO, ageing balance, main debtors, debt per client...etc). App IOS / App Android.

Example: As a sale, before meeting with a client you can check whether or not they are up-to-date on their payments.

CashCollect Analytics in consolidation:

All your cash collection metrics are not only accessible at subsidiary level but also at consolidated level for all your entities. From CashCollect interface, you just need to select the consolidation from the top right entity selector to access those consolidated metrics.

Example: Monitor your DSO evolution not only just at subsidiary level but also at group level.
