🆕 Introduction

We are pleased to introduce our new feature "Agicap Spend Management"! With this feature you are able to issue debit cards to your employees and collect receipts for card transactions automatically.


💡 Benefits from Spend Management

The benefits from our new Spend Management solution lays within the easiness of giving out coporate cards to your employees and managing them seamlessly. Next to this it will also allow you to have a better overview of all your spendings on your cards and automate the receipt collection part. This enables you to close your monthly accounting books faster


⚙️ How does it work?

Our Spend Management solution currently divides into the card management on the one side and receipt management on the other side:

Within the card management you can do the following things:

  • Create debit cards and share them with your team members

  • Adjust card budgets and payment limits

  • Track budgets per card in real time

As part of receipt management, you will be able to do the following things:

  • Set up automated reminders that notify employees to upload receipts once a payment has been made

  • Get an overview of which card transactions do not yet have a corresponding receipt and which employee is responsible for them.

  • Export receipts and provide them to your tax advisor.
