Find all you need to know about what is new in Agicap in June

Debt Management

Variable-rates loans: you can now manage your variable-rate loans in Agicap, thanks to automatic Euribor-based interests calculationSpeak to our team to set it up

Exchange Rate Management

Custom exchange rates: you can now customise and import in Agicap exchange rates for all frequencies (day, week, month, quarter). This is useful for companies who want to make sure their reporting is consistent across their tools (Balance sheet, P&L, Cashflow statement, …) or for business highly exposed to variation in currency exchange market who hedge one or multiple currencies to reduce the risk. Supplier Invoice Management

For France, Germany, Spain, and Italy: Credit Notes: You are now able to manage your credit notes independently! Therefore, credit notes now have a dedicated tab within the "Supplier Invoices" in Agicap Payment. Learn here how to import your first credit note

For France, Germany, and Spain: Analytical Accounting: You are now able to add your analytical codes for your booking entries and export them to your accounting system. Book a meeting with our experts to set everything up!

Payment

For France and Germany: Payment proofs (EBICS): You are now able to receive an official payment proof. This enables you to notify to your supplier in an professional way that the payment has been executed from your system. Download your first payment proof here

For France and Germany: International payments (EBICS): We are releasing our first version of international payments where you will be able to make non-€ payments from your Agicap Account. The current requirement is a EBICS connection to your bank accounts. This is the first version which we will be improving over the summer. As of now, this feature only allows international payments to be imported via XML or Cfonb file which is normally extracted from an ERP system. Speak to one of our experts to learn if this version suits your needs

For France and Germany: Intra-company payments (EBICS): You are now able to execute intra-company payments from your bank account connected with EBICS! Learn here how to execute your first payment

Spend Management

Pre-Accounting: The receipts uploaded via your receipt collection in the tab "Card expenses" are also now part of the "Pre-Accounting" tab. Therefore, they can now be sent to your respective accounting system. Learn more to make your first export

IBAN: You are now able to get corporate cards with a German IBAN! Speak to our team to set up your account


Synergies between Cashflow and CashCollect

Improve cash flow forecast with CashCollect data: Take your cash flow forecast to the next leverage by leveraging known average delays from your clients. It will permit dynamically and automatically update your forecast and improve accuracy. Chat with an expert to activate the link

CashCollect tags appear in Agicap expected: Categorization of expected transactions is made easier, and your monitoring more precise. Indeed if you used tags to segment your client base in CashCollect, those tags will be added in the name of the Expected Transaction in your forecast, and you will be able to use automated categorization rules. Clients and invoices management

API integration with Sellsy: Agicap CashCollect now seamlessly integrates with Sellsy, enabling smooth data synchronization between the two platforms. Don't forget that we can fully automate the process to save you time and increase data reliability event if you use another tool than Sellsy (Sage, Cegid, EBP etc...). Ask the chat to discuss it.

Postal addresses in the Client tab: Users can manage physical letters in CashCollect, thanks to postal addresses in the client tab, offering a more comprehensive view of essential information. Read full article.

Letter templates & PDF : Now you can easily create, edit, and delete letter templates, and generate personalized PDF files that can be sent from Cash Collect or using your preferred method. Explore this new feature and optimize your letter management with Cash Collect!
