Updated over a year ago

🆕 Introduction

We are thrilled to introduce additional follow-up channels to Agicap CashCollect. With these new channels, you can now leverage emails, physical letters, and calls to optimize your cash collection process.

💡 Benefits from additional follow-up channels

These new follow-up channels provide numerous advantages and address common pain points in the cash collection process. Here's why :

  1. Enhanced Communication Efficiency: By utilizing emails, physical letters, and calls, you can reach out to your clients through various channels, ensuring your messages are received and acknowledged. This multi-channel approach increases the chances of successful communication and thus payment acceleration.

  2. Personalized and Targeted Outreach: Each follow-up channel offers unique opportunities to personalize your communication with clients. Craft tailored emails, send personalized physical letters, or engage in direct conversations through calls. By customizing your approach, you can effectively address individual customer needs and concerns.

  3. Improved Cash Collection Success: The integration of these additional follow-up channels significantly improves your cash collection success rate. Emails provide a paper trail and allow for timely reminders, physical letters create a tangible reminder of outstanding payments, and calls enable direct negotiation and resolution of payment issues. By utilizing all these channels, you can reinforce your collection efforts and increase the likelihood of successful payments.

⚙️ How does it work?

To use these various channels, you can navigate to "Reminders > Automation" and create a sequence. At each new step of the sequence, you now have the option to choose "Email" (automated or manual), as well as "Call" or "Letter". The manual emails, calls, and letters will then automatically generate follow-up actions that you can execute in the "Reminders > Follow-up Actions" tab.
