We are excited to introduce the new Tags/Categories feature in Agicap, allowing you to organize and analyze your clients more effectively. With this update, you can assign tags or categories to your clients, enabling dedicated analytics and filter capabilities. This feature empowers you to gain valuable insights and streamline your client management processes.

The Tags/Categories feature offers a range of benefits, addressing pain points and enhancing your client management experience. Here's why :

  1. Enhanced Client Segmentation: Assigning tags or categories to clients enables you to segment and group them based on specific criteria. This segmentation allows for targeted analysis and personalized interactions, optimizing your overall client management approach.

  2. Customizable Analytics: With tagged or categorized clients, you can access dedicated analytics tailored to your business needs. Analyze performance metrics, such as ageing balance and DSO.

  • Navigate to the Clients section in Agicap.

  • Select a client then the option to create new tag.

  • Define the tag or category, such as industry, location, payment behavior, or any other relevant attributes.
