How to create clients tags and categories

📊Do you track your customers by customer type or want to add tags to easily find certain types of customers? Good news! It is now possible to add tags to your customers to easily find them ! 🎉

Categories/tags allow you to organize and classify your customers according to different criteria. By creating categories/tags, you can easily group customers according to their payment behavior (bad payer, standard, good payer), their country, their analytical category in your ERP etc...

To create one, nothing could be easier, you need :

  • From the Client tab of the Cashcollect tool, click on the client on which you want to add a tag

  • Click on the "Tag" icon highlighted in the picture below

  • Click on the Create a tag button and create all your tags/categories

Once your tags/categories are created, you can assign them to customers. To do so, simply click on a customer and then select the appropriate category/tag from the drop-down menu.

Thanks to these, you will be able to easily analyze your customer base by filtering your "Analytics" tab by customer, but also by tag/category.
