Swan is our banking partner to host the pivot account that is used for cards payments as part of Agicap Spend Management solution.

Who is Swan?

Swan is a licensed Financial Institution. Our BaaS platform (Banking-as-a-Service) enables companies to embed white-labeled banking services like accounts, cards, and IBANs directly into their products and customer experiences. Swan secured an e-money license to deliver banking features across Europe and is backed by leading tech investors such as Accel, Creandum and Bpifrance.

Fees are charged monthly, directly on your Swan account.

For international card transactions, the exchange rate applied is the one retrieved by the Mastercard network, without surcharge.

What are the type of cards provided?

Swan cards are all MasterCards. They may be used in any place accepting MasterCards, except in countries forbidden for AML/CFT reasons, or at merchants restricted by Swan compliance department.

Are cards compatible with Apple Pay and Google Pay?

Swan cards can be used on Google Pay/Apple Pay. This can be done using the numbers of the card as for any other card. Those number can be displayed either from the Agicap Manage cards page, or using the camera detection tool of Google Pay/Apple Pay. Does Agicap charge you for using the cards and Spend solution?

Agicap makes the solution available for free to its own existing clients.
