When a cardholder receives a physical card, it must be activated.
Activate the card from Agicap
The cardholder can connect to SWAN Web Banking by clicking on this link.
He finds his card by navigating to the "Physical card" tab.
Then simply click on "Activate".
Activate the card by paying in-store or via a vending machine
The cardholder can also make a payment in a store or at an ATM using the pin code.
To find the pin code, go to SWAN Web Banking by clicking on this link.
Then go to "Cards", "Reveal card numbers" and authenticate via mobile.
Please note: Only the cardholder can activate the card.
