As a new cardholder, we first need to verify your identity. To do this, simply open the email invitation you received, and follow the instructions. Find out more here.
From there, you can access your personal space from this link. This is where you :
Submit any missing receipts.
Retrieve your card information.
Make one-off card requests for exceptional expenses.
Add missing receipts
We recommend that you get into the habit of logging on to the platform for a few minutes each week to check for unjustified expenses and submit any missing receipts.
From your personal space, you'll find a list of all your expenses.
If the sticker is orange (to be justified), simply click on it to download your receipt.
If the sticker is green (justified), everything's in order!
💡 Don't forget to use the "memo" to add any additional information your finance team needs to give more context to the expense.
View your card information
From your personal space, you can also find all the useful information linked to your cards (limits and periodicity, current expenditure compared with the limit...).
In order to activate the physical card that you just received, please click here.
By clicking on "access the Swan interface", you can also retrieve your card codes following a secure double validation step by cell phone.
Make your card requests
Whether it's for a one-off need (single-use card) or for a classic virtual card, you can also request the creation of a new card directly from your personal space.
All you have to do is click on the "Request a card" button, then follow the steps. You can request 3 types of virtual card:
Multiple: A classic dematerialized virtual card for long-term use.
Single: A single-use virtual card for a one-off exceptional expense
Recurring: A virtual card dedicated to a subscription (recurring payments but usable for a single merchant)
💡 Don't forget to use the note to give more context to the finance team who are then in charge of validating the request.
💡 If the expense is urgent, don't hesitate to double your request with an email or via your corporate instant messaging service.
Once the request has been validated, the card appears in your space and can be used immediately.
