Introduction

Once your Swan account has been created, you can add your cardholders. We recommend that you invite all your potential cardholders now, so that it's easy to create and assign cards later.

Invite card holders

Go to the dedicated page, then click on the "Create a cardholder" button.

Only users with "manage members" rights are able to invite new people to the account.

A new window opens, and all you have to do is fill in the following information for the invitation to be sent:

  • E-Mail: Make sure you don't use the same e-mail address twice for 2 different account holders.

  • First name and surname: The first name and surname must be the same as those on the recipient's ID card.

  • Telephone number: Make sure you don't use the same telephone number twice for 2 different cardholders.

  • Date of birth: the date of birth must be the same as that shown on the recipient's ID card.

For rights, you can follow the two following rules:

  • Select no rights: Users can pay by card and log in to view their card information.

  • Select all rights: Users can do whatever the administrator does.

Users can have restricted access to an account. Here are the different customizable settings for each account member:

  • Can view account: This allows the user to view the account, IBAN, virtual IBAN, beneficiaries, mandates and transactions.

  • Manage beneficiaries: Allows the user to add or delete beneficiaries.

  • Can initiate payments: This allows the user to initiate a transfer to an already registered beneficiary.

  • Manage members: Allows the user to invite new members to the account.

Once everything has been completed, you need to send the invitation by validating the SMS you receive on your phone.

Card Holders must follow these steps to verify their identity and validate the invitation.
