You can execute collection operations from Agicap using your Ebics contracts by importing SEPA Direct Debit (SDD) transactions.
Here are the prerequisites for using this feature:
An Ebics contract activated in Agicap
The right to make SEPA direct debits with this contract
An external software to generate XML files for SDD
Once your contract is activated, you can import your files:
Manually in Agicap using the "Import remittance" button.
Automatically via an SFTP connection (contact us for support in setting it up!)
💡 The file imported into Agicap will be transmitted to your bank.
Agicap displays its content and allows you to sign it, but won't modify the content.
The remittance will be labelled as "direct debit" and can be signed and validated like a classic remittance.
