This summer, Agicap released multiple features to keep delivering the best cash flow, payment, and late payment collect solution. We're happy to share with you the main improvements below.

Debt Management

Store your contracts: You now have a one-and-only interface to deal with all debt management topics and documents. Indeed, you can now store your bank loan contracts directly in the tool!

Example: you subscribed to a new loan and need the documentation to be accessible to other users, just upload the file in the Debt module.

P&L Conversion into cash forecasts

Scenarios: you can now use the scenarios with the P&L conversion in order to test hypotheses and visualize the impact on your cashflow!

Example: you need to test the impact on your cashflow:
- Of an increase in payment delays for your suppliers?
- Of an import of a pessimistic version of your P&L?

Versioning: you can now store the different versions of your P&L conversion to be able to compare them.

Short-term cash management

Full revamp: The "Daily Vision" page has been redesigned as the "Short term cash management" page! Access it here.

Its aim is to help you manage your short-term (few weeks) account balances more effectively.

Example: you need to reschedule payment plans for supplier invoices, decide which accounts to use for future payments, balance transfers between accounts, and identify very short-term liquidity needs.


Supplier Invoice Management

Timeline for invoices: All the actions performed on an invoice can now be audited, with the date and the person in charge : import, verification, marked as paid, invoice edition, status change... Do you want to know more about it?

Example: you need to track the dates of the different actions led and / or the person who led the action

New permission for payments preparation: The existing permission "Prepare payments" is slightly evolving: users without this specific permission won't be able to send an invoice to payments, so that the roles can be properly segmented between invoice uploading, invoice verification and invoice payments. Speak to our team to set it

Payment method on invoices: Users are now able to specify the payment method used to pay their invoices, which is useful when it comes to filtering the verified invoices based on the payment method and act accordingly. Learn how to use this new field properly

Example: you can "Add to payable transactions" all invoices that are paid by wire transfer.

IBAN automatically extracted from invoices: When adding a new beneficiary while verifying invoices, it now possible to extract the IBAN from the invoice, automatically via our OCR tool. This would save time for users and avoid mistakes, compared to a manual entry.

Suppliers payment

Invoice document on payments: Users can now review the invoice linked to a payment in one click. Learn more.

Example: If you want to be 100% sure that the payment is correct in terms of amount and supplier to pay, this new functionality will enable you to have a look at the actual invoice document, check any additional infirmation written in a memo and know who checked the invoice before it was sent to payments

Spend Management

Fields edition for German card holders with extended permissions : As the status of an employee may evolve over time, you may want to provide additional permissions and / or update personal information. This is now possible!

Example: From now on, you don't need to go to the Swan banking interface anymore, you can edit and / or check the information (especially address and tax ID) right from Agicap


Late Payment collection

Sequenced Group Follow-up: CashCollect adjusts now the follow-up level (R1, R2, R3) based on the age of the oldest invoice in the batch, allowing you not to send 10 emails for 10 different invoices but still maintain a sequential aspect to indicate increasing delays. Read full article here.

Example: By avoiding sending too many follow-ups, you preserve your business relationship while signaling to your client that this group of invoices is becoming increasingly overdue.

CollectAI: Simplify follow-up management with automatic email generation. This feature considers the history, notes, and previous follow-ups, while also offering the ability to create a schedule and resolve disputes efficiently.

Email Connectors: Easily connect any email platform, whether it's Outlook, Gmail, or another. This integration allows you to optimize communication related to collections, by sending them from your professional email address. Connect your email.

Clients and invoices management

Mobile App: Access your invoices and client profiles through our mobile application. You can now add contacts and notes, which is particularly useful for sales professionals in client meetings looking to keep the finance team informed about collection progress.

Invoices Export: Streamline the export of your invoices by downloading XLSX files containing only the data or ZIP files containing both data and invoices in PDF format. A convenient solution for effectively managing your financial information.
