How to connect your mailbox to CashCollect?

Good news! It's now possible to send emails from your business address in Agicap ! 🎉

How to connect to Microsoft Outlook or Gmail ?

To connect your email address to CashCollect, select "Microsoft" or "Google", then click on "Connect your account."

Choose your email address and enter your password. To make it work, you need to be the administrator of the Agicap account or have your request for connection approved by the administrator.

If it doesn't work, you have two options :

Option 1: Approval required by your administrator

After logging into your account, you can provide a justification and click on "Request approval." Note that you must fill in the "justification" field to enable the "Request approval" button.

Once you have requested approval, the administrator receives the request. They can review it in their mailbox and in the "Approval Requests" section.

The administrator then accepts the request, and you can reconnect to CashCollect via the login.

If you've followed the previous steps, congratulations, your email address is now connected. 🥳

Option 2: No approval required

After logging into your account, if you cannot enter a justification and "Request approval," follow these steps:

  • Connecting with the administrator account

When the administrator connects their email address, they allow other authorized users to send emails on their behalf. A common practice identified among our clients is to create an address such as "accounting@yourcompanyname.com" so that emails are not tied to a specific individual.

Your email address will then be connected at that moment, whether or not you are the account administrator. 😉

  • Disconnecting with the administrator account

The administrator can disconnect at any time by going to the CashCollect settings and clicking on "Disconnect."

Another user can then connect by following the process explained above, after the account administrator's approval.

💡Good to know : For the moment, only one email address can be connected at a time for each company.
