Correct potential issues

While importing beneficiaries, you may face a generic error as below.

If you are having trouble importing your file, make sure to follow these instructions :

  • Your CSV file columns must me separated with commas (",")

  • Make sure to avoid special characters in your file. For instance any "" will lead to a file rejection

  • Only the field "name" is mandatory

    • NB : if one field of the beneficiary's address is filled in your file (eg. beneficiary country), then this line must contain at least the street name, city name and beneficiary country. This is the minimal info we need to consider an address as complete.

  • Bank country and Country must be indicated using the ISO 3166 country codes. Exemple : "FR" should be used instead of "France"

  • If a field is left empty, its separator must still be present in the line. See following exemple
