When you click the export button, you are taken to the export page where you select the export display frequency and period. You can choose from these export types:

  • Cashflow plan

  • List of paid transactions

  • List of expected transactions

  • List of late transactions

  • Key performance indicators (KPIs)
You can also export a scenario if one is available on your consolidation.

How to Perform an Export

  1. Open the Export Page: Click the export button from your consolidation view.

  2. Select Your Settings: Choose the desired export display frequency and time period.

  3. Choose an Export Type: Pick one of the available export types from the list above.

  4. Initiate the Export: Click to download or view your exported data.

Transaction Export Specificities

  • When exporting transactions, an extra column is added showing the transaction amount converted to the company currency.

  • This conversion column appears only if transactions in a different currency exist.

KPI Export Specificities

  • The KPI export includes all manual and formula-based KPIs from your consolidation.

  • KPI names appear as Group > KPI if they belong to a group, or simply as the KPI name if not.

  • Hidden KPIs are included, and the original KPI order is maintained.

  • Ensure the consolidation contains at least one manual KPI and that the selected export frequency matches the consolidation frequency to access the KPI export.

💡 Tips

  • Double-check your settings: Ensure the chosen export frequency aligns with your consolidation frequency for a successful KPI export.

  • Review currency differences: If you work with multiple currencies, verify the conversion column is included in your transaction exports.

  • Use scenarios: If you have scenario data, remember that you can export these for alternative views of your consolidation.
