FAQ ❓
How do I add a new KPI?
You add a KPI by going to Entity Settings > Key performance indicators, clicking Add > Key Performance Indicator, and completing the required fields such as the name, type, and formula if applicable.
What happens when I rename a KPI?
When you rename a KPI, the change is instantly reflected throughout Agicap. This ensures consistency in formulas, dashboards, and any other place the KPI is referenced.
Can I duplicate a KPI without copying its manual values?
Yes. When you duplicate a manual KPI, only the structure (name, type, and formula) is duplicated; the values are not copied.
What should I consider before deleting a KPI?
Before deleting, ensure that no dashboards or formulas are actively using that KPI, as deletion will cause errors in those references. Also, be cautious when deleting grouped KPIs since it will remove all KPIs inside the group.
How do I group KPIs for better management?
Access the Advanced settings page where you can organize your KPIs into groups. This helps you display and manage large numbers of KPIs more efficiently.
