How to set up EBICS TS?
How to import payment files?
Upload a payment file (XML or CSV): Go to Payments > Add payments > File integration and select your file.
Map fields: Verify the data matches (e.g., supplier name, invoice amount).
Review imported drafts: Confirm or edit details before creating remittances.
Check file compatibility: Only EBICS-compatible remittance files or standard draft exports are accepted.
How to validate remittances?
Create a remittance from payment drafts: Choose the invoices you want to pay and group them into one remittance.
Apply your validation rules: If multi-level approval is active, each approver must confirm.
View pending approvals: You’ll see a Pending status until all required validations are complete.
How to sign remittances?
Go to your To sign page: You’ll see final remittances ready for signature.
Select the remittances: Mark each remittance you want to sign.
Enter security credentials: Use your EBICS TS signature credentials.
Complete the signature: If multiple entities require approval, each relevant Signature User must sign.
How to hide payment details on the To sign page?
Click on the remittance concerned.
Toggle “Hide payment details” to conceal invoice data when reviewing and signing.
Save and test: In your To sign page, you’ll now see limited remittance info.
💡 Tips
Use different Signature Users if you need separate sign-off steps for compliance.
Stick to consistent file naming conventions to simplify tracking imports.
FAQ ❓
What if I don’t see EBICS or in my account?
Your account might not have permissions. Ask your admin to grant EBICS access in Settings > Access Management.
Can I split payments into multiple remittances?
Yes. From your payment drafts list, select specific invoices and create separate remittances for each batch.
How do I handle multi-entity signatures?
Each entity must have its own Signature User. After you sign within one entity, switch to the other entity to sign again.
