How to Configure Entity Advanced Settings in Agicap Cashflow?

As an organization admin, you have direct access to advanced Cashflow settings for your entities. This empowers you to manage key configurations yourself, saving time and ensuring your settings match your business needs.

Accessing Entity Advanced Settings

To access the advanced settings:

  1. Log in to your Agicap account.

  2. Navigate to the Cashflow module.

  3. Click on the ≡ menu

  4. Click on Settings > Advanced setting

Available Configurations

In the Advanced Settings, you can manage the following configurations:

  • Pre-categorization Algorithm

Configure how transactions are automatically categorized to ensure accurate tracking. You can disable the algorithm.

  • Forecast Entry Level

Decide whether you enter forecasts:

  • At the Consolidated Level: Enter forecasts for the overall entity.

  • Per Bank Account: Enter forecasts for each individual bank account.

Be aware that switching from one level to another will delete all forecasts already entered.

  • Calculation Refresh Period

Set how frequently calculations and forecasts are refreshed to keep your data up to date.

  • VAT Forecast Mode and Custom VAT Rates

Manage your VAT settings:

  • Choose the VAT forecast mode that suits your business : with or without VAT Credit refund

  • Set custom VAT rates as needed.

  • Entity Currencies

Manage the currencies used by your entity, especially if you deal with multiple currencies.
