How to Use the Standard Version of Custom Dashboards

In the standard version of Agicap, you have access to a default custom dashboard called Analysis of my cashflow, which includes key charts and counters to help you monitor your company's performance. These default charts are always up-to-date with your outflows categories and accounts.

However, in the standard version, you cannot:

  • ❌ Move, resize, edit, or delete the default charts and counters.

  • ❌ Create new charts or counters.

  • ❌ Create a new custom dashboard.

You can only:

  • Export the graphs and counters to share insights with others.

How to Activate the Advanced Version of Custom Dashboards

Ask the support team on the chat to activate it. They will check if this advanced functionality is part of your subscription plan. Ask for a free trial if you want to test it.

What Happens When the Advanced Option is Activated ?

You retain the default custom dashboards, but now you can:

  • Edit, delete, move, and resize the default charts and counters.

You gain access to all Custom Dashboards options, including:

  • Creating new dashboards tailored to your needs.

  • Adding and customizing charts, counters, tabs, and notes.

  • Duplicating dashboards to another entity for consistent reporting across your organization.

All charts and dashboards you created during the free trial are saved. If the advanced option is activated later, your custom dashboards will be restored and fully accessible.

Can I customize the default dashboards in the standard version?

In the standard version, you cannot edit, move, resize, or delete the default dashboards and charts. To customize them, you need to activate the advanced option.

Will the default charts update if I change my categories or bank accounts after activating the advanced version?

After activating the advanced version, the default charts and counters will not automatically update in response to changes in your company's categories or bank accounts. You'll need to manually update them to reflect any changes.
