What Is the New Categorization Module?

The new categorization module is designed to automate the process of categorizing your transactions by creating rules efficiently. It allows you to identify and correct categorization issues quickly, unleashing the full potential of automated transaction management.

How to Use the New Categorization Module

  1. Access the Categorization Module: Navigate to the Transactions tab in your Agicap dashboard and select Categorization.

  2. Review Unclassified Transactions: The module displays transactions that haven't been categorized yet. Review the suggested categories for each transaction.

  3. Create Categorization Rules:

    • Select a Group of Transactions: The module suggests a group of similar transactions that need to be categorized.

    • Assign a Category: The module will suggest a category. You can accept the suggestion or choose the appropriate category from the list.
