Accessing the Transaction Import History
You can view the transaction import history by navigating to the Import data page in the treasury section of your Agicap account. Here, you'll see a list of all your previous imports.
Interacting with the Import History
Depending on the type of import—Classical or Custom—the interactions with the import history differ.
Classical Imports
When importing an Excel file from the dedicated Data import page which can be accessed by:
Navigating to the 3 dashes of the treasury section.
Clicking on the Import data button.
Accessing Import Details
To view the details of a classical import:
Hover over the import line.
Click the 👁️ See import details button.
You'll see a list of the imported transactions that are still in your account.
Note: If any transactions have been manually deleted since the import, they will no longer appear in this list.
Deleting an Import
To delete a classical import along with all its transactions:
Access the detailed list of the import as described above.
Click Delete import and all transactions.
Custom Imports
When importing via matrix directly from the Bank or Expected transactions page. This option is only enabled in specific use cases.
Accessing Import Details
To view the details of a custom import:
Click the tag showing the number of imported transactions.
This will redirect you to the Bank or Expected transactions page, depending on the type of transactions imported.
Understanding Import Errors
If there were errors during the import:
Click the tag showing the number of not imported transactions.
Review the displayed errors to identify and address any issues.
Deleting an Import
To delete a custom import:
Hover over the import line.
Click the 🗑️ Delete button.
Differences Between Classical and Custom Imports
Accessing Details:
Classical Imports: Use the 👁️ View button.
Custom Imports: Click the transaction count tag.
Deleting Imports:
Classical Imports: Delete from the detailed view.
Custom Imports: Delete directly from the import history list using the 🗑️ Delete button.

What happens if I delete an import?
Deleting an import will remove all the transactions associated with that import from your account. This action is irreversible, so make sure you want to delete the transactions before proceeding.
Why can't I see some transactions in the import details?
If transactions were manually deleted after the import, they will no longer appear in the import details. The import history shows only the transactions that currently remain in your account.
How can I resolve import errors in custom imports?
