  3. Select or deselect the columns you wish to display or hide by checking or unchecking the options in the list.

  4. Close the column management menu to apply your changes and view the updated table.

Note: You can only display or hide existing columns; changing the order of columns is not currently possible.

Important Notes About Column Settings

  • Settings are page-specific: Column selections are not carried over between the Bank and Expected pages.

  • Session-specific settings: Your column preferences are retained while you remain on the same page and scenario but are not saved when navigating to other sub-pages or entities.

  • Device-specific settings: Column selections are saved on your current device and browser session but will not be available if you switch to a different computer or browser.

  • User-specific settings: Column preferences are unique to each user and are not shared with other users, unless they are using the same device and browser.

  • Export limitations: Custom column selections do not affect the data exported when downloading transactions to Excel; the export will include default columns.

To revert to the original display, simply revisit the Column Management menu and reselect the default columns.

💡 Tips

  • Add the Billing Date Column: 🆕 On the Expected page, you can now add the Billing Date column to keep track of invoice dates.

  • Focus on Relevant Data: Customize your columns to display only the information that matters most to you, streamlining your workflow.

  • Regularly Update Preferences: Adjust your column settings as your priorities change to ensure you always have the most useful data at your fingertips.
