Filters 🔍
On both the Bank and Expected pages, you can apply filters to narrow down transactions based on specific criteria.
Accessing Filters: Look for the filter icon at the top of your transaction list.
Available Filters:
Category: Filter transactions by their assigned categories.
Date Range: Select a specific period to view transactions within that timeframe.
Payment Date: Available on both Bank and Expected pages.
Billing Date: Only available on the Expected page.
Status: Choose between options like Reconciled or Not Reconciled (only on the Bank tab).
Projects: If you have the Project Management feature enabled, filter transactions by projects.
Bank accounts: Filter transactions according to their bank account
Name: Filter transactions by transaction name
Amount
Transaction type: Filter for cash inflows or cash outflows

Search Bar 🔎
Find specific transactions instantly using the search bar.
How to Use:
Locate the search bar at the top of the transaction list.
Enter at least two characters to initiate the search.
Searchable Fields:
Name: Search by transaction names.
Amount: Find transactions with specific amounts.
Notes: Look up transactions based on notes you've added.
💡 Note: The search function scans through transaction names, amounts, and notes to provide comprehensive results.
Sorting Columns 📊
Organize your transaction data by sorting the columns.
Sortable Columns: Click on any column title to sort the data.
Exceptions: The Projects' column cannot be sorted.
Sorting Order:
Click once for ascending order ⬆️.
Click again for descending order ⬇️.
Default Sorting:
Bank Tab: Transactions are sorted by Payment Date in descending order.
Expected Tab: Transactions are sorted by Payment Date in ascending order.
Persistence:
Sorting preferences are kept when navigating between sub-pages.
Preferences are not kept when switching between the Bank and Expected pages or upon leaving the page.
Sorting does not affect the order in exported Excel files.

FAQ ❓
Can I sort multiple columns at the same time?
No, you can only sort one column at a time. However, you can use filters to refine your data before sorting.
Will my filters and sorting preferences stay if I leave the page?
Filters and sorting preferences are not retained if you leave the page or switch between the Bank and Expected pages. You'll need to reapply them when you return.
Why can't I sort the Projects column?
The Projects' column is currently not sortable. You can, however, use the Projects filter to view transactions related to specific projects.
