How Do I Delete a Transaction in Agicap CashFlow?

Deleting unnecessary or incorrect transactions helps you keep your cashflow planning accurate and up-to-date.

Which Transactions Can You Delete?

You can delete the following types of transactions:

  • Paid transactions on a Manual account that were created manually.

  • Expected transactions that were created manually or imported.

How to Delete a Transaction

You can delete transactions from:

  • The transaction details panel on the Transactions page or on the Cashflow plan

  • Bulk actions on expected transactions that can be deleted

  • Bulk actions from the Search page

Deleting a Transaction from the Transaction Details Panel

  1. Go to the Transactions page or the Cashflow plan.

  2. Click on the transaction you wish to delete to open the details panel.

  3. Click on the 🗑️ Delete button at the bottom of the panel.

  4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Deleting Multiple Transactions Using Bulk Actions

From Expected Transactions

  1. Navigate to the Expected Transactions section.

  2. Select the transactions you wish to delete by checking the boxes next to them.

  3. Click on the 🗑️ Delete button that appears at the top.

  4. Confirm the deletion.

From the Search Page

  1. Go to the Search page.

  2. Use the filters to find the transactions you want to delete.

  3. Select the transactions by checking the boxes next to them.

  4. Click on the 🗑️ Delete button.

  5. Confirm the deletion.

💡 Tips

  • Deleting transactions is permanent, so make sure you want to remove them before confirming.

  • If you accidentally delete a transaction, you'll need to recreate it manually.

  • Regularly reviewing and deleting unnecessary transactions keeps your cashflow clean and accurate.

Can I delete transactions that are synced from my bank accounts?

No, you cannot delete transactions that are synced directly from your bank accounts. However, you can exclude them from your cashflow by adjusting their categorization or modifying your account settings.
