It is now possible to manage your debts on Agicap!
Let's look together at how to add a loan or leasing to the platform 💫 🎉
To access this feature, simply go to the Cashflow drop-down box at the top left of your screen and click on Debt Management.
You now have access to a brand-new area on your Agicap account. 🔍
🔗 To Add a debt:
Fill in the general information
Click on Add a debt at the top right of your screen
Give your debt a Name
Choose the tags you wish to associate with your schedule (bank, type of financing ...)
Choose the Type (fixed rate, variable rate, leasing)
If it's a fixed-rate loan
You can choose if you want to import a loan schedule yourself or ask the tool to calculate the future interests automatically.
If you want Agicap to calculate the interests automatically:
Select amortization type (constant amortization, constant annuity, in fine)
Then enter the different information needed (first instalment, loan start date, interest rate ...) and that's it!
You can then download the amortization schedule
If you want to import your own schedule:
Fill in the Amount of capital
Import or Drag & Drop your schedule (👀 in Excel format)
If it's a leasing
You can choose if you want to import a leasing schedule yourself or ask the tool to calculate the future interests automatically.
If you want Agicap to calculate the interests automatically:
Enter rent excluding tax
VAT
The number of instalments
The frequency
The first instalment date
First rent (if the amount is higher than the rest of instalments)
Purchase option
If you want to import your own schedule: select "Import the debt schedule file directly".
If it's a variable-rate loan
Choose whether you want to import your own schedule or have Agicap calculate the interest automatically.
Have you chosen option 2?
Enter your margin
Enter your index (Euribor 1, 2, 3, 6 months or 1 year)
Enter the loan start date
Choose the calculation basis (360 days or 365 days)
Finally, if you have hedged with a cap, swap or floor
Choose your hedging instrument
Define the rate
Choose to apply it to all or part of the period and the nominal amount
Finally, enter the amount of capital borrowed and import your schedule with just the date and the amount of capital.
You still need to tell Agicap which repayment dates are scheduled in the contract and how much capital is planned for each of these repayment dates.
Now you know how to import any type of debt into Agicap!
