What is an use case of wanting to hide payment informations?
Sometimes the person initialising the payments is not the person signing the payments or uploading this file in the online bank account. For example: The person which is responsible for making salary payments in the HR department is allowed to see the amounts paid out to each employee. Though, the person in the finance department, which ultimately signs the payments, is not allowed to see the specific about these payments. To cover this situation we have introduced the possibility to hide the payment details in Agicap Payment.
How do I hide the payment informations?
When you are within the "To pay" tab in Agicap Payment you will now have the option "Hide payment details" (see picture 1). If you activate this button there are two things happening. The first one is that within the "Pending" tab there will not be a listing of all the selected payments. The second thing that happens is that within the banking statements you will also only have one large transaction rather than multiple small ones. For example: If you select 5 transactions à 1.000€ and select the option "Hide payment details" then within the "Pending tab" you will not be able to see the details of the 5 transactions (see picture 2) and on your bank statement you will only see one transaction of 5.000€.
