Business spend management
Supplier invoices & purchase orders management
P2P delivery notes management: Make your P2P process more seamless by adding delivery notes. Compare the purchase order, delivery note(s), and invoice to make sure you are paying for what you ordered and what you have received. Add your delivery notes
Expected transactions for purchase orders: Visualise your expected outflow before the supplier invoice is received. With the purchase order, an expected transaction is generated, which updates accordingly when it is linked to an invoice. Add purchase orders to your expected transactions
Payment method automations: Focus only on the invoices that require your attention and actions. With the payment method automations your invoices will be automatically differentiated by paid and unpaid invoices. Find out how to set it up
Spend Management & Cards
Pre-accounting automation based on Merchant Category Code: Automate the pre-filling of account entries with the use of Merchant Category Code (MCC). With MCC automations for the expanse and VAT accounts are created when there are similarities between merchants. Start using MCC now
Budget for cost centers: Be in control of the expenses of your teams, create a direct and clear view of the budgets. When a budget is reached, the responsible manager is notified via e-mail and able to adapt the timing of future expenses, negotiate the extension of a budget or stop spending to avoid overspending.
Example: Your marketing team has a monthly budget of €100.000, throughout the month you and the selected manager are able to assess the monthly spending. In the case the budget is reached, the responsible manager receives a notification which stops them from overspending.
Cash Collection
Dunning actions specific days and time: Choose which days the follow-ups are sent and actions created to avoid Saturdays and Sundays for example that might result ineffective and unprofessional. Go one step further and specify exact time to maximise email open rates.
Optical Character Recognition: Agicap developed its own in-house OCR scan to improve invoices scanning accuracy.
Sale journal pre-accounting: If you already use Agicap purchase journal pre-accounting module for supplier invoices, you can now use Agicap for client invoices pre-accounting as well.
