What is a conflict ?

When a new account member is invited by an Spend Administrator, this admin will enter pieces of information :

  • Name

  • First name

  • Birth date

  • Phone number

  • Email address

More details about the administrator procedure available here.

Following this, the invited member will receive an email inviting him to join the company Swan account. During this procedure (more details available here), the new member will be asked to enter his phone number, and then to confirm his name, first name, and birth date.

If there is any mismatch between the information entered by the administrator, and those entered by the new member, then the new member will appear in the account member list with the status "conflict"

What is the impact of such situation ?

If an account member is in conflict status, many actions won’t be possible either for the member himself or his administrator. Among those actions we can quote :

  • Create a new card for this member

  • Interact with an existing card on any interface (e.g display PIN code and card numbers)

  • If the member is also a Spend administrator or a cost center manager, he will not be able to display, create, and interact with Cards or account members

How to solve it ?

The procedure to solve a conflict is pretty simple, but only a Spend administrator, that has the right “Can manage card holders” can do this action.

Step 1: go on the account member list on Agicap, and click on the account member in conflict

Step 2: click on the button “Resolve the conflict”. This button will redirect you to our partner Swan interface, directly on the details of the account member

Step 3: from those details, click on “Accept”, and validate the following consent

Point of attention

When solving the conflict, the information given by the user will always overwrite those entered by the administrator that invited him. If this is not expected, namely if the information of the administrator are the correct ones, please contact our Support team on the chat.
