Introduction

Now that you've created your Swan bank account, you need to fund it so that the cards can begin to be used.

💡It takes 5 working days to get the fund (legal requirements, to avoid fraud). This will not prevent you from starting to create cardholders and cards.

Transfer funds to account

The easiest way to fund your account is to make a transfer, adding this newly-created account to the list of beneficiaries of your traditional bank account using the IBAN.

Fund account by direct debit from Agicap

⚙️ This option is coming soon, so we'll keep you posted.

Activate a balance alert on your Swan account

We advise you to set up a balance alert to prevent payments being refused on the grounds of insufficient balance.

To do this:

  • Connect the Swan account to Agicap's treasury module: steps here.

  • From the treasury module, click on "Notifications" in the top right-hand corner of the drop-down menu. Choose the Swan account, and set the alert threshold.
