🎉 Congratulations, your Agicap module for managing card expenses has been activated.

You now need to follow the steps below to create your Swan bank account, which will be used for payment cards.

1/ Access the dedicated interface in Agicap

  • Go to the page dedicated to the expense management module: here.

  • Delete fictitious data by clicking on the orange button.

  • Click on the "Create your Agicap account" button.

2/ Let the interface guide you and provide the necessary documents

If you are the company owner, you can create the Swan account yourself.

If you are not the company owner, you need to ask for the ID card and you need to use this power of attorney template: download here.

3/ Verify your identify

Once the documents have been provided, you will receive an SMS to verify your identity.

4/ Wait 48 hours and check that no additional documents are required.

Keep an eye on the emails you receive (especially your Spam) to fill in any missing information.

Account verification usually takes 48 hours.

Why do I need to provide this information?

This form is part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, which consists of verifying the customer's identity and ensuring compliance with regulations against corruption, fraud, money laundering, terrorism and so on. It is mandatory to open a payment account.

Can my company open a payment account?

Your company or organization is eligible to open an account if :

  • Your head office is located in the European Economic Area.

  • You do not operate in a sensitive sector:

    • Sale of arms and armaments

    • Pornography and other adult services.

    • Sale of narcotics, cannabis, CBD, illegal drugs, synthetic drugs and marijuana

    • Gambling and casinos

    • Online pharmaceutical products

    • Cash transfers

    • Cryptocurrencies

    • Remittances

Note: being eligible for an account does not necessarily mean that the account will be validated.

What are beneficial owners? Where can I find them?

When a company joins Swan, it must declare its beneficial owners.

A beneficial owner is any natural person (i.e. a real, living, physical person) who owns, directly or indirectly, at least 25% of the capital/voting rights, or any person who controls the executive bodies or management of your company.

Belgium

This information has been entered into the "register of beneficial owners" either during an on-site visit or via the MyMinfin portal.

France

This information has been entered in the "register of beneficial owners" either on site or on infogreffe.fr.

Luxembourg

This information was entered in the "register of beneficial owners" in the Luxembourg Business Register, either on site or online.
