Intro
With eReceipts we enable you to digitize your invoices! That means that once you have uploaded them in Agicap we create an electronic version of this allowing you to get rid of the physical version of it. In case of an audit or bookkeeping these eReceipts hold the same rights as the physical version of them.
How does it work?
As soon as you upload an invoice into Agicap Payment we automatically create a seal as well as a date. We then safely store this information for 10 years in line with the regulation found in Article A 102 B-2 in the Book of Tax Procedures

Why we have introduced this functionality?
As Agicap we want to digitize as many experiences for our clients as possible. This also means enabling our clients to digitze their invoices. Though, as there are legal requirements which they have to fulfill, we introduce the a digital seal according to the law which is referenced in the section "How does it work". This enables our customers to upload their receipts, automatically create a digital version of it (which is compliant with the law) and ultimately only store the virtual version of the receipt.
