How do I create verification workflows?

In order to set a verification workflow you have to navigate to the settings in Agicap Payment. There you will find a new section which is called "Invoice verification workflows". You can then click on "create a workflow" and give this workflow a certain name. (e.g. Invoices above 5.000€). You can decide how many different steps this workflow should have.

The logic behind this workflows is as follows. If you have two verifiers in step 1 and one verifier in step 2, the two people in the first step need to have verified the invoice before the verification process moves to step two. So within one step we have the logic connector AND.

How do I use the verification workflows

You can now use the pre-defined workflows manually in the tab "To verify". When selecting an invoice and asking for verification you can now choose between choosing a workflow or choose to enter the details manually.

Tips & Tricks

💡If you have created a workflow which is called "Invoices above 5.000€" you can now use the filters in the "To verify" tab and filter for all invoices which have an amount larger than 5.000€. You can then select all of them and select the workflow which you have just created. See the end of the video below to see it in action!

💡You can now create verification workflows directly from the To Verify Tab

How do I edit an already created workflow?

You can navigate to the settings and then to tab "Invoice verification workflows" where you have also created the workflow. There, you are able to make adjustments and save the workflow. Caution: Changes you make to the workflow will only count for new invoice on which the workflow is activated.
