We know that the definition of a forecast is the result of a collaborative work and/or the use of third party analysis tools, and that it is therefore often more relevant to use Excel.

Until now you could import data via an Excel file, now importing via Sharepoint/OneDrive is also available in a few steps! ✨

1️⃣ Download the template to create your spreadsheet

  • On the Agicap cashflow plan, select the Options menu and then click on the button: 📥 Import Forecast.

  • In the popup that opens in the middle of the screen, click on the first link to download your custom template in Excel format.

2️⃣ Complete your spreadsheet on Sharepoint.

  • Next, upload it to your Sharepoint/OneDrive workspace

  • Enter your forecast directly onto the spreadsheet 🎉

💡 If you have set up the synchronization between your computer and your Sharepoint/OneDrive, you can edit your spreadsheet from your computer directly

3️⃣ Import your forecast into Agicap

  • Once your spreadsheet is ready, copy the page's link of your browser

  • Back in Agicap, on the forecast import popup, paste the link, and click Connect with Microsoft. (changes can take up to 1 minute to be visible by Agicap)

  • Select the Microsoft account in which the spreadsheet was created

  • View the result of the import into Agicap 🎉

💡 You can have as many tabs as you have scenarios: one tab per scenario.

💡 Good to know: If there are any inconsistencies between the spreadsheet and your cash flow plan, then you will get a detailed error report. This will allow you to see where the errors are and make any necessary adjustments to your Excel spreadsheet.

💡💡 Good to know: If you want to disconnect Microsoft and Agicap, you can do so very easily from your Microsoft account.

💡💡💡 Very good to know: This option must first be enabled on your account for you to use it. ✅
