You have different Agicap solutions, including Agicap Cashflow? Would you like to invite your coworkers only to other products offered by Agicap? This new feature is made for you!

Admin users can now define access rights according to user profiles: give or remove access to Agicap Cashflow from users who shouldn’t be allowed to use the product.

✨ Main benefits

  1. Confidentiality on financial information, only those who are entitled to will be able to consult and act on financial information.

  2. Standalone use of products for operational profiles : operational profiles will only access to the products they are entitled to (Payment, CashCollect, Invoicing)

  3. Easily reversible action : admin users can instantaneously give back the right to access Cashflow & Forecast by clicking again on the toggle.

🤝 Give or remove the access right to Agicap Cashflow

  1. Click on the wheel ⚙️, in the upper-right corner

  2. Then, go to Advanced settings

  3. To the User management tab

  4. Click on a user

  5. In the side panel, turn the toggle off in the Cashflow section

👉 The role status of your user will turn to Custom

🤓 How does this affect the user interface ?

💻 On desktop

If the user has access to at least one other product, he will be automatically redirected on the product he is entitled to see otherwise, he will be disconnected.

📱 On the mobile app

  • If the company doesn’t have any other product, sign out will be forced on that user

  • If the company is currently using Invoices, the user will only see Invoices screens

💡 Good to know : Admin users are not concerned. Access to Agicap Cashflow cannot be removed from admin users unless you remove their admin role first.

💡 Very good to know: By default, every user invited on Agicap has access to Cashflow & Forecast, so make sure that you actually put the toggle to off, right after inviting a new user.
