Frozen scenarios allow you to freeze the version of your forecast at the time of copying. You will then be able to compare your actual results with a given version of your forecast later on 🔭
Once your frozen scenario is created, the forecast will no longer evolve, and you will not be able to modify it.
🔷 Create your frozen scenario
To create a frozen copy of one of your scnearios, from your cashflow plan, in the scenarios button :
Click on the three dots ••• next to the name of the reference scenario to use
Click on 🔒 Create a frozen copy
Validate ! 🎉
🔷 Specificities of the frozen scenario
Expected are not copied or synchronized on this frozen scenario.
KPIs are also not available.
As with other scenarios, if the forecast settings are updated, if a bank or if a category is deleted, it will directly impact the frozen scenario data as well.
💡 Good to know: As on all scenarios, from the scenario menu •••, you can change its name or color after creation 🖍
It is also from this menu that you can delete your frozen copy 🗑
