You want to have a precise view of your customer payment deadlines or current delays? The CashCollect dashboard helps you to do just that 💪
It is displayed directly when you access the CashCollect solution.
The summary view in the blue banner at the top of the page shows you the essential information, such as the number of overdue invoices.
At the bottom of the page you will find a list of all your customer invoices that have been imported.
The various filters at the top of the list allow you to display only those invoices that are not overdue, overdue or only those that have already been paid.
👉 You can sort this list of invoices by name, date, numbers of late days, amount, client, etc.
❓ You want to change the information related to an invoice, like the due date? Just click on any invoice then on Edit information. A pop-up window will open, allowing you to edit the information.
❓You want to find the pdf associated with the invoice? You can download them by clicking on the Export invoices button in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
It is also from this table that you can trigger a reminder if there is a delay in payment. To do this, click on the Send a follow-up button, and you will find more information in the article dedicated to reminders.
