Do you want to add new customer invoices to your CashCollect solution in order to structure your payment follow-ups? Choose the method you prefer among our 4 import methods!

1. Import using an Excel file

This method is recommended if you are already maintaining your invoice lettering in your ERP or accounting tool. It will allow you to import new invoices, but also to keep CashCollect up to date based on the lettering information already done in your ERP. Thus, no duplicate actions. 🎉

Once our teams have built you an invoice import settings, click on the Add Invoices button then Import a file to download the invoice import template to complete :

Click on the Add Invoices button then Import invoices from a spreadsheet to download your invoice export :

💡 The spreadsheet is used to import the various invoice details, such as number, date, amounts, etc.

2. Assign PDF to invoices

Once this spreadsheet has been imported, you can add the PDF invoices by clicking on Add invoices and then on Link PDFs to invoices.

Select your file(s) on your computer and let the tool link them.

If you want to know about how it works, here you can find details : Assign PDF to invoices

3. Select your PDF invoices from your computer

Click on the Add Invoices button and then click on Import PDF documents to select the invoice(s) you want to import from the file tree on your computer:

Once the invoice has been imported, you need to :

> Check the information read by the tool

> Complete the missing information and validate it

4. Transfer your invoices received by email

You can import your invoices into CashCollect by sending them as an email attachment. You can find your individual email address by clicking on the Add Invoices then on Import by email button :

💡 You can send your invoices from the email address of your choice.

💡 When you send your email, our system will only extract the PDF invoices attached to the email and not those included in the body of the email.
