Do you want to be informed when one of your bank accounts falls below a predetermined amount, so that you can intervene on time? You can make a bank transfer from another account, apply for an extension on your supplier invoices, avoid additional bank fees and put your mind at rest. This can be done using Notifications. 📢

🔊 Create an Account Balance Alert

From the gear at the top right, you can now go to the Notifications page and click on the + Add a notification in order to set up an Account balance alert.

All you have to do is

  1. Select the account you wish to monitor and for which you will set an alert threshold.

  2. Enter the amount below, so an email will be sent automatically.

  3. Choose the email address(es) of the users who will receive the alert.

As soon as the balance of the selected bank account is below the set threshold, an email notification will be automatically sent to the users added.🎊

🔉 Edit the account balance alert

After some time, if you find that the amount originally set is too low now, or if you are receiving many email notifications. You will be able to amend the threshold at any time, along with the other settings (bank, user email address) on this Notifications page.

🔇 Delete an account balance alert

You don't want to receive email alerts anymore and permanently delete the alert set up for one of your bank accounts. On the Notifications page, you can click on the trash. 🗑

💡 Good to know: For now, you can create 1 notification on 1 bank account. Watch out the space, more is to come.. 😉
