Learn more about the different user roles and associated user rights in Agicap. 👌

In Agicap, only Administrators can access the User Management tab in the Advanced Settings. This page:

  • lists all users of the company

  • is the place where users can be invited or removed.

  • indicates if the user invitations are "sent" or "expired" (after 7 days).

  • is the place where rights for each user (or invited user) can be changed.

  • indicates who the paying user is (who can access the invoices)

⚠️ The paying user or the Administrators cannot be removed.

What user rights can an Administrator grant or limit? 🥇

To change the permissions granted for a specific user, you first need to select the user on the User management tab and tick/untick the box to:

  • Invite user: Disable this option to prevent the user from inviting other users to this company.

  • Show inactive accounts : Uncheck this box to prevent the user from seeing inactive accounts on the Banks and Integrations page.

User roles in Agicap 🤓

  • Administrator: user who can determine the different rights for other users.

  • Payer: user who is defined in the contract as the payer for the Agicap subscription.

This person is the only one that can view and download the invoices for the Agicap subscription, in the Payment and invoices tab. This role can be transferred to another user, by sending a request on the chat. 🤝

  • Editor (Regular User): user who cannot set permissions for other users. He has access to the whole company and all the functions included in the subscription.

  • Custom: user for whom some rights have been limited by an administrator.

💡 Good to know: If inactive accounts are not shown for a user, this user won't be able to connect a new bank. Indeed, adding a new connection always results in inactive accounts that need to be activated one by one.

💡💡 Very good to know: You may need other user rights such as View only. When a user rights limitation is not available yet, feel free to share your feedbacks and your detailed needs to your different Agicap interlocutors, even to the support team on the chat. We will communicate it to the product team for future improvement. 🚀
