To enable you to track your performance in a visual and personalised way, Agicap has developed the Custom Dashboard feature for you 👏

This option allows you to create charts by categories, by transaction types, and also to integrate periods and customised filters.

Agicap allows you to create sector graphs: these graphs are ideal to analyse data distribution.

The following example is just one of many others! The design of the graph is adaptable, so you can create the one that best suit your needs! 👍

Example of a pie chart building ✔

Let's assume an e-commerce company wants to track the breakdown of its turnover over the current month. (To simplify this example, we will assume that this company has only 2 sub-categories in turnover: private and professional sales)

Step 1: General information

> We click on the Add chart button at the top right.

> Name the chart "Breakdown of the customer's turnover".

2nd step: Set your chart

> Within the chart type - select sectors chart.

> We would like to display our private and professional sales category:

> From the first drop-down list: select the value of paid and expected transactions

> From the second drop-down menu, it is not mandatory to select a filter 👌

Step 3: The date range of the analysis

> We have chosen to conduct the analysis on the current month. We therefore click on the period and choose "current month". In this way, the graph will automatically be updated for this month each time a sale is recorded in Agicap. 🚀

> Finally we would like to see this information by category. So that, we click on the displayed sectors, then choose the category tab we would like displayed from the drop down list below (for instance, private and professional sales).

4th step: save your graph and a have a look at the outcome 😍
