To enable you to track your performance in a visual and personalised way, Agicap has developed the Custom Dashboard feature for you 👏
This option allows you to create charts by categories, by transaction types, and also to integrate periods and customised filters.
Agicap allows you to create line graphs: these graphs are ideal to follow the performance of your company over a period of time.
Let's look at an example together ✔
Imagine a restaurant owner who would like to monitor the trend of the salaries percentage compared to its monthly turnover. (To simplify this example, we assume the user has already created a key indicator (KPI) called "Turnover before tax".
Step 1: General information
> We click on the Add chart button at the top right.
> Name the graph "Salaries/Turnover excl".
2nd step: Set your chart
> Within the chart type - select line graph.
> We would like to display:
From the first drop-down list: select the value of a key indicator.
From the second drop-down menu: select the key indicator we are to monitor ( "Salaries on turnover / HT" in our case)
> Optional: it is possible to add as many indicators as you wish, by clicking on "Add a data set".
Step 3: The date range of the analysis
> To have a dynamic analysis of our expenses, we will click on "Custom period". It will appear a drop-down menu where you can choose between custom the data range or select a predefined option.
> In this case we are going to select "current month" from the predined list.
4th step: Define the style
> Let´s choose the coulour that will make your graph even more visual, then save your graph and a have a look at the outcome 😍
