To enable you to track your performance in a visual and personalised way, Agicap has developed the Custom Dashboard feature for you 👏

This option allows you to create charts by categories, by transaction types, and also to integrate periods and customised filters.

Agicap allows you to create columns graphs: these graphs are ideal to compare data for instance by categories.

The following example is just one of many others! The design of the graph is adaptable, so you can create the one that best suit your needs! 👍

Let's look at an example together ✔

Imagine a manufacturer 🏭 who wants to compare his expenditure against his forecast. (In order to simplify this example, we will assume there are only two sub-categories of costs, electricity and security of the plant).

Step 1: General information

> Click on the Add chart button at the top right.

> Name the graph "Expenditure vs Forecast"

2nd step: Set your chart

> Select a column chart 📊

> We want to display our electricity and security categories in both actual and forecast:

> In the first drop-down menu: select the value of paid transactions.

> In the second drop-down menu, select the "Category" filter, you could choose by cash outflows or inflows already created. In this case, we will select the expenses.

> We repeat the step above by clicking on "Add a dataset" but we will choose the value "of the forecast" in the first drop-down menu 🌞

Step 3: Set the date range of the analysis

> We decided to perform this comparison of the year 2020. So that, we click on the first date on the left and select 01/01/2020, then click on the second date on the right and select 31/12/2020. 📅

> Finally we would like to see this information by category. So we click on the category button, then, in the drop-down list below, we will select the categories we Electricity and Security.

4th step: Define the style

> Let´s choose the coulour that will make your graph even more visual, then save your graph and a have a look at the outcome 😍
