It is now possible to consolidate scenarios into one of your consolidations. 🙌

☝❕ This is not about creating a scenario in a consolidation but about measuring the impact of several alternative scenarios in each of the entities on the cash flow of the overall consolidation.

To add scenarios to a consolidation, you first need to have scenarios in one or more of your entities. For example, you may already have created scenarios in each of your entities to measure the impact of COVID-19 on your cash flow.

If you have already created a consolidation, you can add or update your scenarios in that consolidation by clicking on the gear wheel ⚙ at the top right, then on Manage my Companies.

Then click on the consolidation tab and then on the gear wheel ⚙ next to update data and edit data. You will then have the opportunity to change the settings of the scenarios taken into account in this consolidation by clicking on the next page, after setting the name and the companies to be consolidated.

If you have not yet created a consolidation, click on the gear wheel ⚙ at the top right of one of your Agicap accounts and then on Manage my companies. In the Consolidation tab, you can create one by clicking on the blue Create consolidation button at the top right. After choosing your name and then the companies involved, click next to choose the scenarios you want to consolidate.

💡 Good to know: If you do not have a scenario in an entity, the scenario taken into account will be the main one for merging alternative scenarios.

💡💡 Good to know: If you make changes in your entities' scenarios, don't forget to refresh your consolidation by clicking on the small arrows in a circle 🔄 next to your consolidation, in Manage my companies.
