To follow your results in a visual way, Agicap has developed a Custom Dashboards feature. ๐น
This option allows you to create charts by categories, by transaction types, and also to integrate periods and customized filters.
How to create a new custom chart?
Go to the Dashboards tab on the blue banner at the top of your screen ๐ and follow the steps below to build your first chart. ๐
Step 1: Add a chart.
Click on the button Add in the top right corner
Select graph.
Give it a name by filling in the chart title
Step 2: Set your chart
> Select the chart type: lines, columns, sectors, stacked bars.
> Select data that will be displayed :
> Choose the scpecific data you want to see (i.e paid transactions, forecast, cashflow changes, etc) from the dropdown list available ๐ช
> Then choose the filter between: Bank account, categories or status of your invoices.
You can add as many datasets as you would like in order to compare them in a visual way! ๐
Step 3: Insert the period to be displayed in the chart
You can
Either, custom the data range based on a predefined option or by entering manually.
Or, display a dynamic graph due to the dashboard automation and the real-time feature. ๐ฅ
Additionally, you could group the data by date range or categories and customize your selection.
Step 4: Define your chart style
By going to the section Display, you will have access to a variety of colors to adapt your chart display. ๐จ
Save your chart by clicking on the button Save at the top right.
Take a look at the result and review at any time to adapt the charts to find the one that best fits your needs! ๐
