Add a new company

Have you recently opened a new business or acquired a company and would like to integrate it into Agicap? It is possible. 👍

  1. Click on the wheel at the top right

  2. Go to Manage my companies.

  3. Then click on Add a company

  4. Enter your company name, choose the country, select its industry

    Optional: duplicate the categories of one of your existing companies to save time ✨

  5. Click on Confirm

    or on Confirm and create a new company, if you have several companies to create.

Your new company is added. You can access it at any time in Manage my companies or by clicking on your company name at the top left of the wheel! 👌

Please note: you have a 2-day trial period

for each new company created.

At the end of this period, contact us

to discuss the pricing conditions for adding your company

or for us to activate its subscription if necessary.

💡 Good to know: when adding a new company, you may need to perform a new bank synchronization.

If you have connected your banks to Agicap via an EBICS connection, please contact us so that we can share the bank connection already established with the new companies.

💡💡 Good to know: if you have several companies, it is possible to have a consolidated view of your cash flow.
