Did you pay your wages in early June but want to allocate them in May? You should know that Agicap allows you to change the date of your transactions 👌

🔹 Change the date of a bank transaction

To make this change, go to the Bank tab in the blue banner at the top of your screen.

All the transactions synchronized by your bank are displayed in All transactions, they are by default arranged in chronological order. On the right you will find the dates and then all the information per transaction.

To modify the date of a transaction, click on the name of the transaction concerned, then on the right on Display advanced options, then Edit payment date. You can then choose a new date for the bank transaction. Then click on Validate and your changes will be taken directly into account. 🎉

💡 Good to know: To undo this date change, you only need to click on Display original payment date.

🔹 Change the date of several bank transactions simultaneously

To make these changes, click on the 🔍 located on the blue banner at the top of your screen, then on Advanced Search.

Here you will access all your banking transactions. You can filter them thanks to the +Filters button at the top left. (See the article Filter my operations)

Then check all the operations that are concerned by the date change, then click on Bulk Actions, then Edit payment date. Add the new date for he transactions and validate.

💡 Good to know: the Grouped Actions function allows you to perform many other operations, such as re-categorize, ignore transactions and many more... 💪
