Do you have several companies and would like to look at them in a consolidated manner to analyze your cash flow?

This is possible in Agicap thanks to the Consolidation function! You can now view the Dashboard in a consolidated way (balance, objectives, graph, etc.) by grouping the companies as you wish (by division, activity, region, etc.) 🎉

💡 To benefit from the Consolidation, send us a message on the Chat, we will activate the functionality in your settings! ✔

Are you ready? Let's go and create your Consolidation! 😊

1️⃣ Click on the gear wheel ⚙ in the blue banner at the top left, then on Manage my companies

2️⃣ Next to the Companies tab now appears the Consolidations tab. Click on it and select Create a consolidation on the right side.

3️⃣ Then, carefully follow the steps shown on your screen:

🔹 Name the group you want to consolidate

🔹 Select the companies you want to consolidate and click "Next"

🔹 Indicate whether you want to consolidate all categories or ignore some, and if so, which ones

🔹 Indicate whether you want to consolidate all banks or ignore some, and if so, which ones.

🔹 Finally, choose the consolidation period, the periodicity, the type of consolidation, as well as the currency used to view the Consolidation flows

🔹 Validate and your new Consolidation will appear! 👍

From now on, you will be able to easily access and update your consolidated group! Updating is essential for your data to be reliable, remember to do it regularly 😉

❗ Please note that the Consolidation should be seen as a snap-shot 📷.

The objective is to have a joint overview of all your structures, by business unit or by region, etc... You cannot make any changes in the consolidated view.

💡 Good to know: for multi-currencies, the flows which are not initially in the chosen currency will be converted taking into account the current rate. (This only affects Consolidation, your flows will remain in the initial currency in the Company view)!

💡💡 Good to know: you can create one or more Consolidations, following the approach described above 💪
