Do you prefer to work on your forecast in Excel and want to integrate it into Agicap without having to manually enter it one by one?

Good news, it's possible! 🙂

3 small steps to do so:

  • Download the template provided for this purpose:
Click on the top gear wheel ⚙ at the to right, then on Import data 📥.
Then, at the level of Import type, choose Forecast.
You can then click on Download my template.
You will receive a custom-made template adapted to your tree structure! 👍

  • Complete the template with your forecast 🎯
Go to your downloads to find the file entitled "Agicap_Template_Import_Objectives", open it and activate the modifications.
Each line of the file corresponds to a category. All you need to do is indicate the desired forecast in the column of the corresponding month.

❗ Targets should always be positive (no "-"), contain only numbers (no "€" or other signs) and commas (no full stops).

The Bank column only needs to be completed if you want to enter different targets for each of your bank accounts. If you usually enter your targets at the consolidated level, you can leave this column empty!

  • Import the completed file
Should you have left the page, go back to the gear wheel ⚙ in the top right corner, then to Import data 📥.
At the Import type level, choose Forecast again.Select the file from your computer, and click Import.

❗ Your new forecast will overwrite the current forecast, it will not be possible to retrieve your old forecast afterwards. If you want to save it somewhere, think about exporting your forecast.

And that's it, your forecast has been integrated into Agicap! 👏

💡 Good to know: Forecasts will only be integrated in the mesh you have chosen to enter forecasts (main category or subcategories). If you enter forecasts in the shaded rows, they will not be integrated. If you want to change the level of detail chosen, go to your forecast settings!

💡 💡 Good to know: If you want to enter forecasts by bank account rather than at consolidated level, send us a message on the chat 📩 we will activate this option on your account!
