The artificial intelligence on which Agicap is based learns from your first categorization and offers you pre-categorizations to save you time ⏰

For recurring transactions you can also create your own automatic categorization rules. 😊

To do this, click on the gear wheel ⚙ located in the blue banner at the top right of your screen, go to Advanced settings, then click on Automatic categorization rules.

Now click on New Rule and a new window will open. This is where you set up the automatic rule according to your personal needs. 🎊

One or more conditions can be set based on the title, amount or even the settlement date of the transactions in question. If you want the transactions meeting these conditions to be categorized automatically, select Categorize the transaction, the other option will pre-categorize the transactions.

It is also possible to ignore the transactions that match the defined conditions. In this case, these flows will no longer be taken into account in your cash flow. To do this, select Pre-categorize and ignore the transaction or Categorize and ignore the transaction. (This option may be useful for inter-account transactions!)

Click Validate, the rule will be displayed and instantly active ✅

You can modify, delete or create new rules at any time. 💪

💡 Good to know: when you create an automatic categorization rule, the most recent transactions obeying this rule are retroactively categorized.

💡💡 Good to know: when you enter conditions related to a transaction name, be careful to respect the spelling of the words, including low and high cases. However, you can enter the components of the heading with or without capitalization, it does not matter. 😊
